FAQ

Registrations are forwarded to the Clubs and Organizations Steering Committee (COSC) on the first Monday of the month. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the COSC to review and approve your registration.

Please e-mail clubs@caltech.edu to notify a change in club officers. You will also have to notify the Bursar’s to update access to your Bursar account.

  1. Clubs with currently-enrolled undergraduate student members are eligible for space in the SAC, which is managed by ASCIT. Please e-mail bod@donut.caltech.edu to see if there are any clear storage spaces for you to use.
  2. The Hameetman Center has a storage room across the Multipurpose Room on the second floor. This space is intended for short-term storage for events held in Hameetman. However, because this space is unlocked during business hours (and otherwise accessible to anyone with a Caltech ID) we strongly discourage strong anything particularly valuable in there. If you do decide to utilize that space, just be mindful of the space and please clearly label your items with your contact information in case we need to get in touch for any reason.
